Kauaʻi County Busted Mugshots is a private reference resource, not a government office. It cannot confirm who is in custody, release anyone, post bond, pull an official booking record, or issue a booking photograph. The agency that created the record must answer those questions.

Where Each Question Belongs
The Kauaʻi County arrest and booking page has the detailed search steps. The right office for the question is:
- A mugshot or booking record: use KPD Records and the non-business request form. Include the full name, report number if known, report type, incident date, contact details, and identification requested by the form.
- A just-booked person: call KPD Cell Block or Intake/Detention through the official contact route. A phone inquiry is not a public roster and staff may not disclose every detail.
- A recent arrest entry: use the KPD Arrest Log. It is a dated PDF chronology, not a live custody table and not a routine photo gallery.
- A DCR custody or release notification: use Hawaiʻi SAVIN/VINELink and the KCCC contact route. SAVIN covers DCR custody and parole, not a person still held in a police cellblock.
- A case or disposition: use Hawaiʻi Judiciary Search Court Records or contact the Fifth Circuit.
- Federal custody: use the BOP inmate locator. Immigration custody uses the ICE Online Detainee Locator.
Kauaʻi Community Correctional Center
KCCC is operated by the State of Hawaiʻi Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. The facility page lists 3-5351 Kuhio Highway, Lihue, HI 96766 and a general phone of (808) 241-3050 with visitation extension 244. DCR’s frequently-called materials use 5350 Kuhio Highway as a mailing address, so keep the two addresses distinct and verify them before sending anything. The SAVIN page lists a KCCC status contact at (808) 241-3057.
Use the official KCCC facility page for facility information. It is not a current inmate roster and does not provide a public booking-photo search.

For anonymous information about a wanted person or case, Crime Stoppers Kauai is listed at (808) 246-8300 by the Hawaiʻi Attorney General. Use 911 for an emergency. For emergency alerts, the Kauaʻi Emergency Management Agency lists (808) 241-1800 and kema@kauai.gov, but ALERT Kauaʻi is not an arrest-record service.
